    Join Samantha for a social distanced, in person series to support pregnant people! No matter how far along you are, yoga offers tools for preparing the body and mind for pregnancy, labor, and parenthood. This is such a special time to be in the support of others and get to practice staying connected to yourself. Join us.

  • Beginners Yoga Series

    Saturdays January 30th - February 20th · 9-10:15am

    Now is a great time for yoga practice. Join Uriah for an accessible and inspiring introduction to the basics of yoga. Breath, posture, meditation, and all the tools you’ll need to drop into our all levels classes. Class size limited, on zoom or in studio, to provide personal presence and assistance. Helpful handouts provided.
  • Advanced Back Bending for Yogis and Contortionists

    Advanced Backbending for Yogis and Contortionists: Focus Area – Camel to Forearm Stand2:30-3: Open Studio and Arrival – students can come anytime during this 30 minutes to do any personal warmups needed. Maria will be there to offer guidance as well.
    3 PM: Workshop starts promptly at 3, and will contain a full warm up and flow.
    The session will focus on adequate warming up, alignment techniques, breathing techniques. This will be a peak pose flow with Camel-To-Backbend as our peak, including an advanced option to work on Carmel-Backbend-Forearm stand.
    4:15-4:30: Full Cool Down

    LAYERS ENCOURAGED! We will be moving and resting on and off, so in order to keep your body warm please wear layers. Encouraged Items: Loose sweaters or sweatshirts, leggings, leg warmers or long socks.
    All props needed are present at the studio but if you practice with toe spreaders, rad rollers, specialized handstand equipment, or anything else necessary please bring it with you.
    Come hydrated, but refrain from eating a large meal an hour before we start.

    *Bring water, and a light snack.
